The Issaquah School District volunteer application for 2019-20 is now open.  If you are interested in volunteering at school, the Issaquah School District requires all adults to complete a background application each year.  If you submitted an application last year (or a prior year), you will need to update your application.

For the 2019-20 school year, please log-in to your existing account by going to https://issaquahvolunteers.hrmplus.net/ and clicking on “Login” in the upper right corner of the screen (Please do not create multiple accounts). If you have forgotten your password, please request a password reset via email to volunteers@issaquah.wednet.edu – please include the email address you used to create your account.  You will receive an email response once your password has been reset.   

Once you have logged in, the system will require you to go through each tab in your profile to update any outdated information.  In addition, you’ll be required to complete the following items under the “My Checklist” tab:

1. Volunteer Agreement
2. Volunteer Orientation 2019-20
3. Volunteer Preferences
4. My Uploads: Valid Driver's License/Government Issued Photo ID (unexpired)
5. Submit Verification Signature

Due to the large number of applications the district receives over the summer months, all applicants will be processed in the order they were received. The approval process may take several weeks, so please re-apply or submit your first time application as early as possible.
