Vastal's visual art representation of theme "Believe, Dream, Inspire" was outstanding.
At the National Level, for each of the 5 art categories, and each of the age divisions, there is 1 “Outstanding Interpretation” chosen. Then only a few “Awards of Excellence” and “Awards of Merit” chosen for each age group division/category. So this is a fantastic accomplishment!
